Subway in Ludwigsburg

It is December 15, 2020 when we entered the shop at around 2:25 p.m. A sign with a maximum of 3 people is allowed in the restaurant in front of the door. There were already 4 but no one from the staff said anything. When two of them left the restaurant, I and my wife went in for take-out. We were welcomed in a friendly manner by a younger lady with a migration background. After 1 minute, a very old woman without a migration background came out of the back area, whom we had already seen before, and said in a very unfriendly tone that my wife should leave the restaurant. My wife is Asian. When I answered her and asked why she couldn't say that in a normal tone and why it wasn't a problem with the other customers before when we saw them through the door, she just replied she doesn't care she should get out. I left the restaurant pissed off with my wife. That is racism and you don't have to accept it. She can say what she wants but this is no longer possible these days. I very much hope that karma will catch up with this woman. She can be glad that I did not file a complaint about her racist behavior. In addition, all the food was open and there were flies on the various side dishes. The restaurant itself wasn't clean and the floor was dirty.

The manager is really cool there.

The most neglected sub I've ever been in. I had a long time to think about whether to eat there or not, because the saleswoman was a long time coming. The floor was dirty the loo had no soap locks on it. I hope that they are simply understaffed and that's why it looked like that there. Sub tasted good as usual.

Favorite subway! Great branch management and always nice and helpful staff. Fulfill every wish! I can only recommend it.

Employee (October 9, 11:30 am) wears a face mask rolled up as a scarf, when entering the restaurant, flaps to the ingredients were open (no guests in the restaurant) and several flies on the food. Hygiene is different.

Corona welcome. Was there today at 2 p.m. and none of the 3 employees wore their masks properly, only on their chin. The woman who was serving me had a plastic tag on her head and her mouth was literally free and she was talking towards food ... so unsanitary. Even when asked to wear her mask properly, she did not pull it properly in front of her face.

Eat good! But the branch management doesn't work ... Was turned on because I had my dog ​​with me (has been there many times). There is no sign to indicate that dogs are not allowed. The reason was because of Corna. She herself didn't even have her mouthguard on properly (nose free).

Furthermore, she asked something several times, but kept walking to another location or turning around when I answered. Hygiene: Behind the bar, on the side where the workers are eating, there are some big black flies. Conclusion: I recommend people to avoid this subway branch and rather to stop by the Marstall, because they feel better cared for there. By the way, when I was leaving this branch, a line of people had already formed, which is not surprising considering the work ethic of this person. Unfortunately, this subway branch is decreasing more and more, we sat in the branch for a little over an hour despite Corona, seats that were occupied and left were not disinfected, here I am talking about the fact that guests have left the seat, no one has just been served and still within 30 minutes nobody came to clean the table let alone disinfect it. The salad was soggy and the staff stressed and unfriendly.

Too long waiting times. Employees are taking too much time despite the long line. The beeping from the stove is ignored. Got a completely burnt sandwich. 1 star is too much.

I had been there couple of months ago, the manager a lady Mrs. Weisel there is always in a bad mood and speaks rudely. She thinks she owns that place. She is very very very rude and arrogant. I like going to subway for a quick grab of vegan stuff, I will never ever step into this subway in Ludwigsburg (near to Arsenal Platz) again. Giving one star is a bit beyond to this place

If there were zero stars it would be my first decision. Super unfriendly boss a few workers nice but after being told for no reason that I am not allowed to eat here and neither are my colleagues. Then it's not that great. There are many great restaurants in Ludwigsburg that is my last choice ... ?

Super delicious, come to eat regularly. Service is very nice. Breads and cookies are always freshly baked.

Embarrassing. Completely inappropriate and outrageous behavior of the service towards the customer. You get bullyed for no reason, if you walk into the right exit, that it will not help you "if you walk through the shop" after being roughly asked to leave the shop. Really shameful.
